It's safe to say that Dyspo ain't related to Beerus and Champa neither did they acknowledge that he is the same race. However, Champa mentions that Dyspo looks like hit.

Team universe 11 has displayed good team work better than universe 7 even though it was emphasised lot that they would implement that. Screw Goku for teaming up with a rival team instead of his own damn nosy Sayin. Dyspo aka Flash is MVP.
