Can you edit hair color and make up after making your character or are you stuck with the character you made at the beginning of the game?

Haven't done many main quests yet. Just other things. Random things. Went along a bit too far and ran across a rift spewing level 12 enemies and almost got rolled before I retreated. This game is crazy. Combat is awesome. It has the best spell effects I've ever seen in a game.

Its gonna be hard for me to go too in depth yet. The maps are really big and there's so much going on early on. I've played probably 5 hrs and haven't even done the 2nd story mission.
