Kobe stans stay with these "4 score and 7 years ago" Kobe vs Duncan debates...

What happened with Kobe and the Spurs his last year in the league:mjgrin:

Second to last year in the league

Third to last year in the league

Kobe stans talking about some shyt that happened 9 years ago posting a video in 240p and you can barely even tell who kobe is :mjlol:

One of the most cold blooded moments in sports history:mjcry:

Dungawd beat the franchise down so bad Kobe had to hobble his ass out to the front row and watch it :mjlol::mjcry:

but we all know what Kobe did to Timmy and the Spurs during the prime years

Truthfully, you have to pick Kobe or Duncan, they stayed with their teams for 19 and 20 years, Shaq was a mercenary and would leave your franchise after 6 years.
Eh.

You pick Shaq if you have a competent enough franchise to keep him. It's not as though Shaq was out there leaving teams for ridiculous reasons.

Duncan rarely got injured and played 100%. Shaq was the most dominant of all time until he got fat and uninterested. Plus he stayed injured when he was ring chasing after Miami

Kobe...

All you have to do is pair him with a decent big man and solid role players and you're straight.

With the other two, you need to get elite guards/wings and those are harder to come by....and in Shaq's case, he's had that most of his career and still fell short.

Shaq or Duncan. The mercenary shyt is pointless. That's based on circumstances unique to the player. You don't draft off of that. If we're being real, Duncan would be the only one out of these three who wasn't a headache in some capacity as far as ego and being demanding. The effort argument is valid, but I'm willing to take my chances at getting max effort out of Shaq. The reward is more than worth the risk.

Obviously Shaq

Kobe wouldn't be what it is without playing along side Shaq and Duncan lucked out being in SAs system (winning chance )

Shaq is pretty much LeBron

Any team hes on is an instant contender (not after Miami days tho)

If Duncan can pan out the same way without pop I'm taking him over pretty much any player but mj/lebron/magic/Kareem. Combo of his personality and skill is key.

Entirely too hard to answer. Especially with the situations they were in throughout their careers. You can't go wrong with any of them, and you can go wrong with all of them too.
