I think initially when he first started he meant well. I didn't agree with everything he said but I think the overall messaging of the school was a solid enough idea.
With that said his biggest issue is his ego. I don't know how he thought he could pull off this endeavor with no team. You're not starting a school by yourself and through this whole process I've never seen him mention anything about what team he has around him to help.
Which then leads to today wear dude is mentally broken from all the work and stress and whatever comes with this. It took him forever to raise the money and while raising it he had all the shyt with people challenging his credentials, reporting cashapp/gofundme, the stripper incident that lost him the NBA players money, etc. And now he's got buildings that he can't do shyt with because taxes are owed, there's no electricity, codes probably not up to date, etc. He's at sort of a mental erratic state now where he's so deep he can't give up and is trying to "will" this into existence. On top of that he's made himself enough of a public figure that he couldn't quit and get a regular job anymore...if his ego would even let him do that.
