the whole shyt is dam near perfect to me

if theres a song imma end up skipping eventually its just satisfiction

a little too singy songy

once you get over how amazing the production is you really start to listen to the lyrics and how these dudes kill it

eminem to me has the centerpiece verse on the whole album

there are so many quotables but the production is just so powerful i was hardly even listening to lyrics at the beginning

dre production is really the star of this album whereas the other albums it was the emcees tearing the beats up, here the beats are just dammmm.

I think as a full project, this is right there with 2001, only thing is it doesn't have those timeless tracks yet (Still Dre, Next Episode, Forgot about Dre), but time will tell.

This shyt is crack though, giving this 9/10

One Shot One Kill is a future CLUB BANGER

That shyt go hard. The irony of nikkas saying this album don't have a club track when that song is smackin the way it does.

Again... this is one of the finest produced albums of all time. Instant classic. So many levels to what Dre did on this shyt. Major props to him.

I'm talking about a few days after 2001 was released. Only single that had dropped by then was Still Dre that debuted and peaked at #93 on the Billboard 100. Plenty of people were saying there were no hit singles on 2001 either back then too. In fact, that album had zero top 10 singles throughout its release. In comparison, The Chronic had two top 10 singles with G Thang and Dre Day.

Easy to say this shyt in 2015 with 20/20 hindsight. In November '99 it was a different story.
Quit tryina act like forgot about dre and next episode werent getting spins breh. Maybe not top 10 but still
