hahaha complex shouting out one of my favorite verses

He's dubious when it comes to the fitted look dominant in hip-hop fashion these days: The poster boy of creased dikkies isn't having it with skinny legwear: "What the fukk is going on?" he asks on "Medicine Man." "These nikkas in tight shyt like in the fukking Matrix."

Even the Dr. Dre/Aftermath tax write off B,C, and D list, "go get me a cheesecake" flunkies killed their verses on this album.

Compton is a million times better than Midnight Life.

Yup, and I'm a massive DJ Quik fan. Both Dre and Quik from Compton, both have a extremely high regard for music, both are LEGENDS in rap music and both can produce, rap, engineer, mix, play instruments, the comparisons are endless.
But sonically, Compton is on another level to any rap album since, well, 2001. The only thing is, DJ Quik seems to really do it all by himself while Dre definately has a team around him pretty much all the time.

there's 2 or 3 cuts that could easily be singles.

the rest are just so cutting edge and unradio friendly in comparison to the climate in radio

this whole album stands as amazing all together

if any of you are classic rock fans and fukks with pink floyd the wall one of the greatest rock albums ever you'll know that you can't really skip through songs or listen to single cuts. need to listen all the way through to get the full effect.

dre changing the rap game like he always do. who cares about singles.

This. Listened to it all weekend long. Not one song where I'm like :scust: and skip.

Beginning of the day I like one song a lot, then by the evening a different track stands out. HIGH replay value to me.
