You dismissed the shortlist of things that occurred under his administration as though they were nothing.
And you essentially lumped him in with all the other presidents, and called them failures citing the decline of Black America as proof.
I'm saying that there has been success and progress during that time period. Expansion of the Black middle class cannot be dismissed or called a respite.
Depending on the president, the makeup of Congress, and world/domestic economic climate ,conditions for Black people here will vary. Some of the measures taken during the Clinton and Obama presidencies have attempted to create opportunities and provide access to resources for Black people.

No president has received the amount of public hate that Trump has gotten so much that its to the point where folks are afraid to publicly say that they support him.
It should be even easier to get sponsors for a tour to bash Trump than it was for a tour to bash Obama

The thing is, when agendas align , people can get support from odd places.
The Poverty Tour occurred during Obama's first time. It would be in the best interests of Republican donors to fund a platform that was challenging the policies of the sitting Democrat president. Not because they cared about the issue but because they stood to benefit.

There is no way to qualify my vote as "I DON'T LIKE BIDEN BU..".
My vote for him would be taken as support of his platform and ideology. It will also be confirmation that my concerns and positions hold no weight and will not be listened to despite the obligation to engage in perpetual stab me/shoot me, vote or die scenarios, I refuse to legitimize that.
And on top of all that, while I agree with Cornell and have agreed with him since Biden was the presumptive nominee..."Vote for Biden but tell the truth about him!" is not going to happen, at least on a large scale. This Obama house nikka dream scheme part deux is already in full effect, symbolic gestures and a seat at the table for one of 'us'...this is a lullaby and I can't sleep through it.
