when "Force Awakens" was announced....and most people thought that was

Granted, I've heard "Rogue One" is actually a return to form but there's literally nothing else in history with 30+ years of mediocrity and sub-par material that gets the attention and praise "Star Wars" does. The one saving grace (prior to "Rogue One" I mean) was the extended universe and these dumb asses have made it so even that isn't canon.

The OG trilogy is classic, after that people were hyped for the prequels which is understandable because again, the OG trilogy is classic. I agree. I enjoyed revenge of the sith but it was flawed. I thought anakins turn to the dark side was very sudden and made him look like a bytch, but i did enjoy his fight with obi wan and their dialogue. The phantom menace was also flawed but i enjoyed it for what it was cause that was my intro to the series as a kid. That was the first movie my mom took me to.
