There's been more busts than hits in recent years. Way more busts. Teams have been set back years drafting these overrated ass QBs. We made that mistake with Trey Lance and lucked out.

Next time we won't be so lucky...
And that young QB gonna have to deal with 2 problems:

1.- The OL, which we've seen how much of an issue it is for basically anyone that has played QB for us. It's not like we can fix the OL via free agency with the potential money we'd save without Brock. There are no good RT and LT available out there, we got lucky as fukk we got Trent via trade because he wanted out of Washington's mess (and he might want out of the Niners now and retire, lol)

2.- Kyle Shanahan, we've seen it ain't easy for any QB to function under his scheme. If young QBs are a crapshoot as it is, you add another handicap with Kyle's bytch ass :bryan:

TYRONE GA!
Shedeur or Cam. Its a pipedream though

Don't like Shadeur's arm.

Cam ain't happening.

Ewers is Darnold 2.0

Beck has a nice arm, but poor intelligence.

Jaxson Dart? I think it could work.

Penn State QB....meh

Dillon Garbriel...nope

Milroe....Shanny won't look his way

Nussmeir...looks too jolly

At this point I think one of two things happen.

1) We pay Brock this offseason but it's an incentive heavy team friendly contract. Probably in the 47-53 million dollar a year range. That puts him somewhere in the top 12. If I am not mistaken.

2) We ask him to play out his rookie deal with the promise that the team does everything in their power to protect him properly as this is clearly been an issue his entire tenure. If the team goes on a playoff run he gets the BAG. 60+ million/5 years all of it.

DADE County
Trade Brock for Bryce Young.
Didn't matter who the QB is. Y'all complained about Jimmy Da Goat. Got the same results and Brock is way better.

Is the fukking coach holding this team back. No coaching change the Niners will be running in place and eventually look like the Jets

I have no idea what you see in Bryce Young breh. I never saw a damn thing with him in Alabame either. The only positive is he has 1 more year with a cheaper contract than Brock :mjlol:
He can make all the throws Brock can make, but better and more accurate(no more under thrown deep balls). He has a better arm and waaaaaay higher ceiling. Plus, he'll have 2 years left on his rookie deal. That'll allow the Niners to spend on other areas and not be handicapped with a $50+ million dollar QB.

It's a pipe dream because Bryce has stepped up his play since starting, but I think he'd flourish with the Niners.

I see Kyle fukking him up almost instantly, specially with our OL :mjlol: and I've seen Bryce make HORRIBLE throws way more often than Brock, and that's just going by Redzone watching the Panthers :dead:
