You gotta be honest with yourself though. Three things will be true. Kyle ain't going nowhere. Lynch ain't going nowhere. Purdy is getting the contract.
Outside of that, the silver lining going forward is that Lynch is good for hitting on 3rd round or later picks which is good for a roster that has a very low margin of error.....and can't no one here or internally in the team blame no one except Kyle or Lynch who aren't going anywhere. The team makes too much money with the positives they bring to ever replace them....unless they get tired of the fan ridicule.

I think I've been very honest. I said Dork isn't Eddie D. Plenty times in the thread I said Kyle is going out like Jeff Fisher with the Titans. I was dead serious when I said he'll be hear damn near 20 years.

We're only going to have a good time if we play dumb about this so I like to assume it's Lynch. In the end, he has to get the final credit similar to Kyle.
The Kyle part is where I think you just gotta surrender to the reality of it. If we're all being objective, since Kyle has been our HC, at worst the 49ers have been top 2 team in the NFL behind the Chiefs in terms of team bonafides, we've gotten two Super Bowl trips, with a Jimmy G missed deep ball and an Achilles injury from a championship, and several NFCCG visits. It's literally a feast or famine. Once we know it's a losing season then we just gotta accept it's going to be fukking horrible and when it's a winning season he's probably going to be in the NFC championship game at worst. Only Chiefs fans can say a statement on that level with Andy Reid.
