It's not that different from the path we've been on before giving Brock 50+ mil. Competing for SBs, just like we have every year we've had Purdy. The problem with this offense isn't QB or skill players, it's OL. That contract isn't going to stop us from fixing the OL. Shaduer or Cam ain't upgrading the current iteration of the team. They would need the same - if not more - support that Purdy is currently missing.

Yeah, that's where I've been with Brock since last season tbh.

I honestly can't believe old ass fans still fall for the illusion of the magic 1st round QB that somehow will work out just because your team drafted him.

There's been more busts than hits in recent years. Way more busts. Teams have been set back years drafting these overrated ass QBs. We made that mistake with Trey Lance and lucked out.

Next time we won't be so lucky...

Instead we've been going to Superbowls and Conference Championships with Brock behind center.
