If he wants a mega deal I’m looking at the draft, free agency or trade. If Darnold is cheaper I’ll take him.

I think Sam Darnold's free agency value is going to be much higher than people think besides
Darnold has already shown he isn't that good in our system and in Minnesota he is playing behind an elite offensive line and 2 of footballs best receivers.

So much attention and Smoke needs to be on this guy

Kyle need make the announcement to cut Campbell the moment he hits the office

He lucky Mike Singletary aint here

To be fair Kyle is the coach. I'm kinda surprised that this hasn't happen already.

First Wilks, now this. It's only a matter of time before he loses the locker room.

I mean that's the only way he gets fired. shyt I actually hopes that happens. Can't stand that dirty knuckle dragging cave beast

Getting Darnold would mean to capitulate on actually contending for a ring and playing the same game with did after losing the NFCCG against the Rams: get a stop-gap QB and hope and pray you luck out with a drafted QB while you spend money on other positions.

But to be honest, I don't think we are getting lucky with a drafted QB any time soon. The track record for draftees at the position is fukking abysmal in the past few years, the chance of getting a new Brock or a CJ Stroud is not a gamble I'd be willing to take :hubie: like I said last week, it's the complete opposite to how I feel about moving away from Kyle :heh:

I'd move on from Kyle Shahan before I move on from Brock. What we need to do really is instead of trying to amass all these 'weapons' we need to fortify the trenches this offseason and we should be fine I think.

I think the opposite. He's a smokescreen for that failure of a game and they're all running with it for cover.

Deebo out there dropping touchdowns and they're talking about someone who won't be on the team anymore. Wasn't no one talking this spicy when Deebo attacked a teammate on the field. This is how the team is a bunch of low key cowards.

Kyle ain’t going anywhere so y’all might as well move on from that talking point.

:russell:
Kyle ain't going anywhere unless the locker room revolts & Purdy is getting a ridiculous contract no matter what.

Yet, those two will be the talking points for the next 8 months regardless :mjlol:

Before last night, I was in the fence about Huff. Now, I think they need to sign him. Brown took a step back. He's missing waaaaaay too baby tackles and his angles are horrendous. Huff and Malik look to be the best safety tandem.

They need to draft another linebacker as well. I'm not sure if Winters is going to pan out, but spending a mid round pick in a linebacker won't hurt anybody.
