Darnold, hell no
Depends on the deal. I’d rather pay him short term if Brock wants king term mega bucks.

You have a strange definition of elite. You put together this SB roster for five years and you win nothing. That's like getting a 2025 Lamborghini with no engine. You also are giving him too much credit for this roster. Most of his picks were ass. Especially in the first and second rounds. I beleive the scouts should get more credit. They recommended the late draft picks that were diamonds in the rough. My argument is that Kyle is the reason the team and roster is elite, which makes him an elite HC. I don't know any player who left this team and balled out in another system besides Mostert last year. It's not like we're stacked with first round picks all across the offense, Kyle has pulled elite production out of a 7th round QB, some UDFA RBs, a 5th round TE, a 7th round WR...the vast majority of coaches in the league are struggling worse with better resources. Plugging in another HC and offensive system with these players isn't guaranteed to match Kyle's production. There are a lot of great coaches who haven't gotten the job done yet (LaFleur, McDermott, Stefanski, Campbell) yet no one is calling for their heads.
Especially if you're playing for Kyle. He aint wrong.hes a 8 year veteran, sometimes you just dont want to do it anymore.
Kyle ain’t going anywhere so y’all might as well move on from that talking point.
But Kyle built the 2025 Lamborghini. He's the architect for the team. So if the team is going to 4 of the past 5 NFCCG and 2 SB - a record anyone would call elite - then surely the guy who brought the team to this elite state is elite. You have a strange definition of elite. You can't be elite and have no super bowl rings. You can't be elite and not know that you should give up play calling duties. That's what elite coaches do. They self reflect and gather data of what works and what does not work.
I just don't understand the cult following. Niners literally lost two Super Bowls because of his sorry goofy play calling ass. He's a hack. He's fugazi, a fraud.
Was Bart trying to shoot this nikka bale?*Get Up topic on campbell*
Once again. Elite coaches win the Super Bowl when they have there roster to do it. Going to the NFC chip game is like a constellation prize. Nobody gives a shyt. Why aren't you winning the super bowl? But Kyle built the 2025 Lamborghini. He's the architect for the team. I agree that we've had some horrific whiffs in the draft, especially the early rounds. And that sucks and Kyle has to own that. But we're still making deep playoff pushes basically every year under Kyle even with those early round whiffs, which is maybe even more evidence of his elite status. I don't know who is responsible for finding the late round gems, but Kyle is the Head Coach who is coaching them up to high levels of production. Kyle isn't perfect, but no elite coach is. He needs to continue growing to get over the hump, but he's damn near at the mountain top. All of the losses in the NFCGG and SB have come down to like 1 play. Literally went to OT in the SB last year. That's a margin of luck. Luck is what separates you considering Kyle elite vs you considering Kyle a bum. We didn't lose those SBs because of Kyle's playcalling. The SB last year we put up the 3rd most points vs that elite Chiefs defense all year. It's one thing to say Kyle is overrated but to call him a hack and a fraud is too much. If he's a fraud then so are 99% of coaches in the league.
