There's a misconception around the league that when you pay your QB... you can't retain anyone else. It's not really true. Yes, you have to get creative with some contracts and yes you will lose some depth but you can still pay a couple receivers and another skill player and put together a decent OL.

Also, every QB struggles when they have zero weapons. Pat Mahomes right now has 6 TDs and 8 INTs and Kelce is actually out there...

shouldn't have to get creative. stop overpaying a position that limits the help you can get him.

Granted he just love Godwin and Evans is hurt, but Baker's contract in Tampa is GOLDEN. That's how it should be.

Basically teams are running man to man coverage on our receivers and it's working. Kyle does not make adjustments. The defenses are adjusting. We need more check downs and leak outs to take advantage of that.
