If we're keeping it hindsight I'd rather have KCP and Kuz. Yes they could be trash brothers but we know they'd at least defend. Russ really was only trash as the main guy after triple double hunting all season. That shouldnt be the case this year. He and the team just gotta figure out an effective role for him. Part of that is on Vogel in how he staggers these mins. Bron should be coming out of the game 1st not Russ. You dont want to wind up with him and Rondo on the floor. Its jus WOAT management

Agree about Lowry

Russ needs to look at how wade played with cuts to the rim and basket attacks consistantly. He can also try more posting up since hes solid at that. Vogel gonna have to figure out the bench tho when bron sits it should be russ+ ad and 3 guys

Very winnable game but got out hustled, out rebounded and got out played by their bench and killed us in the paint. Got way too comfortable in the 4th. A lot of room for improvement

they didnt take poole serious enough as a scorer and let him get away being guarded by rondo and monk and he killed them not to mention beli making plays

Last two years, Westbrook has started trash and then turned into MVP level around like month 3 to 4.

Russ is generally unplayable at the highest levels as a member of teams since his shooting left him. If it's just Russ and shooters sure he might get you to 40 wins...but that's it.

Buddy was going for Kuzma and KCP only. Would have kept our pick, etc. Buddy is just a better fit even if he struggles to shoot. Russ has been one of the worst players in playoffs the past few years, theres just no denying that. Even if he picks it up like he does in middle of year, why do we have so much faith in him in playoffs
