I didnt think this before, but the guy (some nights) who is going to have to take a step back is ironically AD.

I know we all want him to dominate. However, for Russ to work it might need to be more AD just catching an finishing. Trade some of those AD isos for Russ either driving to score or dump it off.

Bron showed a lot with that jumper last night. I think he can play off ball. He won’t be perfect but I think it’s doable.
I just like that LeBron wasnt playing like Harden. He's done that the last two years. It cost him in the playoffs cause coming off the injury he couldnt get to the rim at will. And then he had no midrange to fall back on. Its ok when you can get to the rim at will, but as he gets older he gotta go back to end of his Cavs days with the mid range. Even the 3s he missed late were in rhythm of the offense and not just dribble dribble pull ups.

Having DJ on the floor is a negative to Russ and Bron. Thats 13 mins of defense camping out in the paint.

As is having Rondo on the floor with both of them. It just makes it so much harder to drive to the rim.

As I've said before Russ may not be a fit. However, these lineups are making things harder than they need to be.

I almost told @CantStop that Vogel looks like he's coaching from the mid 00s to the early 2010s. Got Marbury/Steve Francis vibes out there :gucci:

Bron knows what’s good for him so he’s going to adjust but I swear DJ was a bad move. Or at the very least, he should’ve been the one glued to the bench and Marc should’ve been the one starting to stretch the floor.

Vogel on borrowed time as far as I’m concerned. Would be great if Rondo could end up being our coach after Bron retires. Frank held the fort but he’s not gon last forever.
