No matter what you believe you can prove things with science and math. Can't do that with religion

Science and math dealt with the outside world. Religion was for the inside or pyshological. Stories and myths used to show universal truths of the psyche. Religion was never meant to be taken as literal fact. And all these religious myths with universal truths in them are just now being used in films, tv shows to make money.

Well yes in a sense that we only perceive what our brains tell us. But "time" or that which we call "time" still happens with or without you (self). You were not "conscious" once, and now you are, the universe brought you to fruition...your current "self", you have always "been". You were merely vibrating in differently arranged set of molecules.
