I am not saying it cannot happen, I am saying we have not yet reached that level of AI capability currently, they are still training AI models with Language Learning; AGI and ASI are a whole different ball game.

Doesn't matter if it isn't capable yet. It's about getting rid of the checks and balances and run it like the wild west.

DOGE is the test run to be over reliant on Technology and then it will evolve from there.

He's trying to press and drain the court's until they give in and give them what they want
They say the play is in the long run to maintain relevancy the Supreme Court will rubber stamp donnie.

They kind of have to because if they oppose donnie and he defies them then anyone will. You can hold the President in contempt and he can pardon anyone at anytime.

The real power is always with the shooters so anyone could defy the courts if the cops didn’t arrest them.

Trump's executive order tonight has illegally cancelled union contracts for 67% of the federal workforce & 75% of unionized federal employees — roughly 700,000 union workers

This may be the single biggest attack on the labor movement in American history

Trump's egregious union-busting order rests on very shaky legal ground and will certainly be vigorously contested in court

This is a do-or-die moment for the whole labor movement

Will organized labor step up to meet Trump's existential challenge head on? Or will unions stick to purely legal challenges, press conferences, and scattered small-scale protests?

If you're a unionized worker looking to fight back, get in touch with your union as well as @FedWorkersUtd

Remember: Reagan's 1981 firing of air traffic controllers was so devastating in part because labor's overall response was so anemic, which signaled to all bosses that they could act with impunity

Unless there's a massive pushback against Trump's EO, all workers will be next

Here is the list of agencies Trump's union-busting executive order targets

It seems like they are going to spend the entire term in court, losing cases and then writing more illegal EO’s. It’s just a massive waste of taxpayer money and time. Meanwhile other countries around the world have non-aggressive, smoothly-functioning governments that are innovating and catching up or passing us in multiple categories. This is a nightmare

@realdanstilwell
It should be 100%, but 67% is a good start.

Public Servants, should not Collectively Bargain against the Taxpayer. Let the Private market compete for the workers. If you don't like the salary and benefits offered by the Public Job, seek employment in the private sector. Let competition breed excellence not Authoritarian Government. No more Government Unions.

@PreppenWolf
The only question is how quickly can we get rid of the rest?

@jms_usmc
End public sector unions

18/31
@ZeeCaptainRon
That is a good start, there is zero reason for a union for public employees, they should be "at will", just like the rest of us.
The days of unions are over, thank God and Trump.

@freedom1o1
This is not illegal. They are federal employees. This is not the private sector

@EvelynOther
Public sector unions should be abolished. I would be fine with firing all of them. I mean no government at all couldn't be that much worse. We really just need a good team of accountants to send out payments and the rest can be rebuilt from there.

If the filibuster was removed things could get done. When Dems take control after the midterms they should do this, but they won't.
They can't even decide on getting rid of daylight savings time , nothing gets done other than foreign interventions

It's true that not enough things get done, but it's not exactly true that nothing gets done. Unfortunately because we don't have a good system the window is very short since many people will play political games because they are so worried about winning their next election.

Union =/= Liberal.

It was the old money conservatives that demonized the unions back in the 50's, 60's and 70's. Economics were the culture war back in the day. It was blue collar vs. blue blood. But all of them didn't want negroes on the line back in the day. It's further proof that the white man will absolutely destroy his own if it suits the needs of the money men.

The Unions were NEVER socially progressive institutions. They were made specifically to give many white men the power to fight a few white men, the only thing that ended up helping was a (very minor) class consciousness through the 80's and 90's. People for the most part saw their co-workers are normal people. Even if they were of a different race. (They still hated POOR black people, but the middle class ones were "ok")

The culture wars have muddied up class consciousness so now, black/white/brown people can't look past their identity or orientation and see who the real enemy is. That's not a mistake.
