I've lost my iphones many times after a night out the watch is a perfect way of not losing them when you need to make a call:yeshrug:

Got mine on sale a while back and like it a lot.
Definitely convenient especially when in the office. I can be typing something and check an alert on my watch effortlessly.

I'm on the edge of whether or not to cop one or not. I'm thinking of getting a first generation for cheap or spend the extra to get a series 1. :francis:

I got the series 1 and enjoy it a lot.
@Ciggavelli has had both and can tell us if the upgrade is worth it
Yeah, I have both. The upgrade is definitely not worth it, unless you plan to swim with it or something. I've noticed no difference in speed or quality

Anybody here that's active and actually workout / lift actually use these :jbhmm:

If these can take a potential beating and last in the steam room without being right next to my phone I need one

Bluetooth headphones can offer phone controls away from the phone. If you want it for it being a smartwatch its fine but it's a crap fitness tracker.

2 years later and STILL no fukking "apps" for this thing:mjlol:
Not sure that I would even want "apps" on any watch.
I like it for its basic features. Seeing text messages, calls, general alerts.
The question is, "is it worth $200".
For me the answer is yes but I can understand if others didn't feel it was worth it.

I'd say $200 is a good price
It's great for texting , however at work I've sent messages on my Apple Watch only to find out it didn't send and it's hard to just resend it ASAP

Had mine since it came out. I give it 3.5/5 it's a great product very useful, specs are bad, interface can use some work but it has a lot of potential to be a 4/5 product in the next release.

Pros - always aware of what's going on
Cons - kind of slow

If your in IT I recommend an Apple Watch!
