Mason Verger was low key one of the best villains I've seen in recent memory. I hate that Michael Pitt was replaced b/c he nailed that shyt. IMO he rivaled Heath Ledger and had me thinking he could be the new Joker. That muthafukka was sick.
Always felt Scar was overrated, i mean he manipulated a child. Who the fukk can't do that? Took control of the pride land and didn't know what the fukk to do with it 
I always liked Jafar better, he tried to kill Aladdin every chance he got. the 1st and 2nd movie.
My favorite villain is probably Jigsaw though

To me it's not just killing someone though. It's actually doing foul shyt that has weight. You smashing someone's head that I don't care about isn't a big deal especially if it's done in a manner where it's meant to be a throwaway thing. Unlike joker shooting and killing his own men in the opening of the dark knight. Yeah they were faceless guys but it had a weight to it. It was sudden and just felt real and less cartoonish.

Villains in Iron Man 3 were out there causing bombings, hijacking planes, killed his ex and even turned Iron Man's current girl into a live bomb, they don't wanna hear it though

On the low, the tv show Luther had some villains that had me like
whenever they were on screen. Just because of the way they built the tension.

The Winter Soldier would of killed everybody being relentless as he is. He pretty much killed Cap but saved him at the end due to their past history.
