Finally watched Detropia on netflix. Good watch, would recommend :tu:

Watched this the other night too which was interesting as well:

Park Avenue: money, power and the American dream - Why Poverty?

740 Park Ave, New York City, is home to some of the wealthiest Americans. Across the Harlem River, 10 minutes to the north, is the other Park Avenue in South Bronx, where more than half the population needs food stamps and children are 20 times more likely to be killed. In the last 30 years, inequality has rocketed in the US -- the American Dream only applies to those with money to lobby politicians for friendly bills on Capitol Hill.

Gotta watch that documentary about when Muslims ruled big parts of Europe. Its crazy that they ruled most of Spain for a couple of hundred years. Rember how a knew a guy from the Northern part of Spain who was crazy proud because that was the only part of the country that never was occupied. I never would have guessed that Muslims impacted some of the culture in Spain if I didn't know it already
