:mjcry: 0-2 trying to fry chicken with flour.

Try cornstarch instead of flour.

for me, I had to make my batter wet or slightly wet,, that work for,,,,,

When I first started with a air-fryer-, my chicken looked like powdered donuts :russ: pam wasn't really working

Do you dip your chicken in egg before you put the flour on?

I triple dip.

Seasoned flour, dip in egg , then back in the seasoned flour. I find that gives the chicken a lot of crunch

Check out ya boy

I had the T-Fal Optigrill and tried to grill some chicken on it and it came out so rubbery that I almost vomited chewing the mush it left in my mouth. I'm hoping the Ninja replaces it nicely because it's about done.

Pretty much. As far as the toaster oven I'd say an air fryer can do what it does or atleast do what I've seen people do in toaster ovens. As far as the foreman grill you definitely won't be like "man, I'm craving some foreman chicken" but then again I have an indoor electric grill that I make grilled chicken on and no matter how you slice especially talking naked chicken there's a vast difference between grilled, air fried and oven baked.

There's quite a few specialty recipes I can see keeping the deep fryer for. So putting it in storage would be wise but other than those specialty recipes the air fryer can make fries, chips, chicken, etc.
