Here's the thing though....these are supposedly educated and professional black women. Lawyers. That's why I'm perplexed.
I don't feel like getting to all that since we're cool now. Just know I don't avoid black men at all. I get along with every one of them.
Do you know other black women (i.e., friends) who consciously/subconsciously give black men at work a hard time (or straight up ignore them)?
