I havent eaten burger and fries in years why? to control cholesterol and lead a healthy lifestyle. When i want chips i buy potatoes from the grocery store and roast in the even myself with little oil , deliberately, to prepare it healthier. Young brothers and black men need to conciously start taking our health seriously too many black men dying in their 40s and 50s, we need to start preaching against oil and fatty foods right from the elementary and teenage years. No reason why black kids should eat mcdonalds more than once a week at most in a home with two parents in the house holds
