Keeping it a buck - - I don't blame Younger Millennials and Gen Z. These jobs be for the birds with their crazy, rigid schedules and cac ass kissing. If you ain't got something specialized, most likely you strugglin out hea. My dad worked at his only job with zero issue for 35 years - - that shyt ain't happenin no more.
With these gig economy, 1099 and remote jobs, man.. if I had this shyt in my twenties I'd have quit jobs mad early or at least went part time.
Years ago, I've quit an office corporate job and stayed afloat by driving for doordash and Uber eats and didn't give a solid fukk. That's how I knew I was done before I went self employed.
I was out hea delivering shyt for 8 hrs a day and that was less stressful than having a cac boss.
Gen Z, props to them, they looked at our lives and our parents lives and said fukk that shyt.
