Do you agree with Gen-Z being so quick to quit jobs they hate

I think that is the best the Gen Z has to offer. It's a huge thing btw. Blowing off employers. My generation and older were always "scared and fell in line" dealing with ass hole employers and bull shyt rules. Personally I never put up with any shyt. I didn't follow that stay at a job at least three years BS. If it was wack I was out. It came to the point that I can tell the job was going to be wack by just talking to the employer.

Now employers have to get rid of that "rule with an iron fist" and think outside the box to attract talent. Salute to the Gen Z's for taking a stand and changing the much overdue company culture.

So you're trying to turn your terrible, dysfunctional relationship, with your parents, into some triumph story? lol...

My story with my parents is great breh.. Just because your parents allow you to bring sluts into their home to fck, doesn't mean its cool in other people's home..

LOL on that shyt..

I somewhat agree. The culture definitely needed to shift cuz some of these employers be thinking they the evil fukking empire or some shyt but.....

its a double-edged blade because some people are using the movement as an excuse or cover up to just being fukking sorry.

It's like the 30 percent that use their resources wisely and work smart, make the other 70 percent that live off emotional impulses look better.

The thing is you always had people who worked hard at doing their own thing, its just that now some of these lil nikkas don't even wanna work hard for themselves let alone one of these jobs out here.

shyt crazy cuz they'll be casualties on both sides.

I can’t even lie, I’ve switched companies 3 times in the past 2 years. Covid played a part with a layoff, but otherwise, my moving around has been very beneficial.

I like this company, though. It’s a small private company that provides a lot of flexibility, which is important to me since I have a daughter. Only thing I don’t like is this permanent WFH shyt. Were supposed to be moving to some hybrid shyt in 3 months, which I welcome, because I like being in the office, atleast once or twice a week.

Only way I’ll leave this company is if I get back in with the airline industry.
I don't understand how someone would want to wake up earlier, fight traffic to sit amongst a bunch of corny cacs all day. I have TWO FULL TIME WFH jobs and I ain't never going into a funky ass office again. :scust:

:manny: I like being around folks, and I enjoy my coworkers. Yea, some are white, but I have best friends that are white. That doesn’t really bother me. The commute, while dealing with the heavy traffic in Atlanta, isn’t too bad to me. I also enjoy driving.

Hopefully, you never have to go into an office again. Me, I want to be in the office once or twice a week

It is not easy to answer as there are several angles.

I think the current generation has a better appreciation for the relationship between the employer and the employee. They're not weighed down by a feeling of loyalty that is one sided.

However I'd also say that there are unrealistic expectations. It results in poor work ethics and burning down bridges for grass that isn't greener.

Huh? Kicking your kids out at 18 damn near guarantees they will have a harder time than the kids who get to stay home a bit longer, but that’s a separate thread topic?

Being home at 18+? Might as well still be wearing diapers....

Can't do Youtube tutorials and Thot shots for 50 years lol...
