The insecurity here is just talking to me.

Sony won 3 generations in a row. 2 being the least powerful console of the 3 and the PS3 only showed that it was better than the 360 in terms of performance in first party games. First party games that were much better than what was found on the 360.

I'll let y'all go on for a couple more pages of irrelevant BS at this point. The specs are out, the prices are out, the buzz as to what has been pre-ordered more is out. There is nothing else to talk about until the consoles actually come out.

Never said it was. So using sales number as measure on how good a gaming system is, is well flawed. So this should be a omen even if PS4 sells better it does not mean it will be the better gaming system.

Whatever the capabilities of the console are equate to it being the best. If one system is only capable of going to the clouds and the other is capable ofgoing to outer space, the outspace console is superior.

In the case of xbox and ps4, xbox does not have a history as a brand of making classics. Ok they got halo and gears of war but outside of that their titles dont really inspire a generation of gamers. Sony as a brand has been dropping classics for 3 straight generations. We know their pedigree and know what they can do so the system being superior to xbox tells us that this will be a gen as good as the other 2 given sonys history for crack.

The concept just goes over your head but i get it. With xbox it doesnt matter how great the graphics are, you guys arent gonna get shyt worth mentioning by the end of the generation.

I gave halo and gears props. Trash Effect is on ps3 and Forza is a struggle exclusive that as a series can barely outsell one iteration of gran turismo.

Xbots forgot who the prophet is. They forgot that they cannot compete with sony in the same space and time. They need Sony to not be on the market when they drop to compete out of the sheer desperation of consumers to own the next level of gaming. WHen the two consoles are on the market consumers will go with what is familiar and guaranteed quality. PS4. Xbox 360 launch and history was riddled with issues and lackluster exclusives so i can see why people are going so hard against MS this gen. Its over man. Now is a good time to get up your ps4 preorders because X Lauce is going to get slaughtered in the market and force a good portion of its base to abandon the product altogether. PS4, is the future.

If i ran MS gaming division id beg sony to partner up next gen and make an X-Station because this gen is over. Xbox still designing the system 3 months before launch? LAUCE.

Xbox was already well established to be a better system than the playstation 2 in every way . So good Sony stole much of the format for their PS3. Built in hard drive, built in ethernet cable, broadband only unified Online service

Xbox 360's already universally acclaimed dominance in America (since this is a American forum with 90% american users please spare your sales numbers from New Zealand) Xbox Live set the standard in online gaming which is in fact the future of the industry (as proven by the massive subscribers in XBL, followed by Sony's copying their format)

As for this next gen, no specs are out and final (specs are still changing in both systems if you haven't noticed, Sony lowering theirs like RAM, Xbox getting better) There is much to talk about before the consoles come out

Thats an opinion created by Xbots who need more arcade style gameplay. GT is and will always be the king of console driving simulators. Forza on the other hand has continued to see sales SLUMPS because they tried to incorporate actual real physics into the game with Forza 4. Xbots hate reality. They peaked with Forza 3 and since then have seen diminishing returns culminated with the release of Forza Horizon wouldnt couldnt even go double platinum.

I wont be surprised if Forza 5 flops as well considering its preorder sales are being outpaced by Killzone. Yea, the xbots are really thirsty for another Forza game. Stop it. Game is overrated and xbots have proven that by not buying it.

It had better games because of it's head start and the fact Playstation was already a brand a whole generation before.
