My only gripe with Haitian cuisine. I'm not trying to eat that type of food in the morning. I guess that's just the American in me .:francis:

I've adjusted as I got older.

I don't think he's saying the food is nasty .

He was talking about eating all that for breakfast .

I'm African so heavy food like this is nothing to me .

To keep it super real I don't eat breakfast anymore and if I did I wouldn't eat none of that heavy food .

More like to stick to eggs and oatmeal .

That other stuff is just way to heavy for me now a days . Still good i just can't eat that at this point maybe every once in a while .

I don't know how people be having those big ass breakfasts.

A bowl of cereal(healthy, organic cereal) with superfood adds in(Chia seeds, raw pumpkin seeds etc.) and some almond milk or rather, a fruit smoothie is enough for me. I sometimes will have something like scrambled tofu and vegan cheese or pancakes to make something feel like the good ole days but I can't all the time.

Maybe later on in the morning I can rock with eggs, turkey sausage pancakes etc.
