Can someone explain to me how we got SIX Hit-Boy and Nas albums but couldn't get even one Primo/Nas one? Is it something just fans fantasized about and that really never was in talks?
it was never in the works & nas was on a major label prolly alot of headache to get samples cleared and shyt. hitboy be using samples on splice and shyt so its easier to process plus nas not on a label anymore.

shyt sounds good on paper then you take an idea to a label a label and they not fw it.

and honestly the album wouldnt have delivered. just because two great artist come together doesnt mean it'll work. the loose songs they have together are great because they happened naturally and was no pressure for it to be great. imagine sitting in the studio overthinking that you have to deliver a classic because its 2 potential goats preemo and nas working together. imo hit boy and nas wasnt great magic 1 i loved everything else was ok. gotta see how it ages cus this era eats up anything recent. you never really have time to sit and digest before you get the next installment

Magic 1 was the hardest with the bars, flows, and beats

Kd1 & magic 3 the weakest of the whole series imo
KD1 for me as well...... I have not heard Magic 3 yet but damn if we have similar taste I will be let down by it (I loved Magic 1 and 2 was cool).
