Such as? Please enlighten me...
Read the thread. Tons of coherent and rational responses to your limit numbers game.
What was limiting about the numbers? I'm a fan of Melo and the numbers shocked me & in the thread all I see is a lot of opinions on his game & why those numbers may be that way but the numbers are real & it's kinda weird to be known as such a great scorer & have not 1 scoring title under your belt don't you think? Unless it was something I missed you could point out to me or something taken out of context...
quick question.
Did you pick the Knicks to get past the Heat and the Celtics?
Last Season? HELL NO... :userious:
Last Season? HELL NO... :userious:
So then why are you surprised by the tally of first round loses?
YOU even knew his teams weren't equipped to get past the first round yet hold the overall numbers against Melo.
CONTEXT....Part I
Just because I didn't expect him to make it out the first round last year against the Heat doesn't mean I wasn't shocked he only made it out once as a Nugget...
Even on those Nugget teams, most of them weren't favored.
I'm telling you, going by a case by case basis, you wouldn't be "surprised" at those teams being bumped. So you're telling me... & just be honest... regardless of what else was said in this thread... that NONE of those numbers in the original post surprised you about Melo? :utellin:
The Nuggets were favored sometimes. Melo underperformed in the playoffs every single year except for 2009. Even then he quit in the last 3 games against the Lakers.I'm telling you, going by a case by case basis, you wouldn't be "surprised" at those teams being bumped.
But you're interested in that. You're looking at the overall end result and not seeing it one by one.
It's not Melo's fault that his former coach George Karl has a 78-102 playoff record and was the first coach to have a number 1 seed lose to a #8 .
LOTS of context you're missing.
