I cant hate on Melo, he is the definition of refining your game at the pro level. He used to be sloppy as hell now he is tight with no wasted motion.

i've never had anything bad to say about melo really, but i think he does lack that "killer instinct" or that "dominating" factor that most superstar players have..he just comes off as a cool dude that has a nice jay, like a better version of ray allen

i dont know about all that trash talk,

but melo's real challenge remain his only challenge, being a champ..

anything else is sub accomplishment.

I agree but I honestly dont think this is his year to win it all, then again if Amare comes back and starts ballin off the bench then that all could change.

understood and agreed but even the sub accomplishments were under attack. Ppl questioning his offense when throughout the league hes considered the most difficult player to guard.

I was stunned by opinions of Melo. I can't believe there are people that thinks he is overrated. Do people actually watch basketball or they pick up opinions from the espn sport analyst. Melo couldn't rise out of the first round because the Nuggets played against title contenders in 5 out of 7 first rounds. In last couple of years with the Knicks, Melo was the sole superstar that had to carry his depleted team on his back. I don't get why people like to ignore the truth and blamed him for his team's shortcomings.
