I think folks are a little confused by the new video footage . This doesn't necessarily discredit the police stance that the victim had a gun. It's fairly obvious that the officer tossed GLOVES on the ground. The police never said that the black object (gloves) on the ground was the gun. I don't think the victim had a gun AT ALL fyi.
