The idea that nobody will be able to sing today's songs in 10 years is laughable bullshyt and every ten years, some dumbass old head still makes the argument despite it never coming true. People are singing Beyonce singles from ten years ago today. Multiple pop acts from the 90s are selling out arenas this summer. Multiple 80s acts are still ringing via streaming. If anything is dying out, it's 60s r&b which wasn't passed from generation to generation, hence why major artists today didn't even listen to Aretha Franklin growing up. The death of black music's roots is another topic for another day though...
In 20 years people will still be listening to Beyonce songs. Get over it. I'm not even a fan but that's such an easy bet. Nostalgia rules.
