Yea the powers that be gave NWA a push because they had a negative message in their music and that inspired future gangsta rappers that would grow up to
degrade women and show young black youth that being a thug is better than being a doctor or lawyer:troll:

How do you think Dre became the first rap billionaire and Ice Cube a movie star?:troll: It was a fair exchange, poison the youth and make a ton of money:wow:

I genuinely believe this is how it went down.

This ARTICLE IS FUGAZI... :camby:

I worked in the radio industry.....

The Term "BLACK RADIO"has always been a OXYMORAN

with the exception of WBLS before it's corporate takeover by EMMIS

and KJLH (formerly owned by Stevie Wonder) in LA before it's merging

and a handful of others like the mid market AM station I worked for....

VERY FEW could be considered black radio

because ALL these stations had White Consulting firms structuring thier playlists and marketing

PubliC Enemy said it best LONG BEFORE THE MILLION MAN MARCH:

"Radio stations I question your blackness ..you call yourself BLACK but we'll see if you play this!"- "Bring the Noise" PE

PUBLIC ENEMY BEEN CRITICIZING THESE SO CALLED BLACK RADIO STATIONS since the 80s

so WTF is this so called journalist talking about :why:

listen to HOW TO KILL A RADIO CONUSLTANT by PUBLIC ENEMY which came out YEARS BEFORE THE MILLION MAN MARCH:

Although much later , I thought it was suspect that Michael Baisden's show was taken off the air :sadcam:

these are 2 rappers considered top 3 in terms of popularity among young fans of this era.

no theyre not.

and them dudes dont really be rappin about chit. thats just the industry finally realizing that they have an un-tapped market for deadbeats & gullable internet kids.

they'll never push dudes that are REALLY saying something and really moving the people. they woke up and stopped that chit YEARS AGO.

his show was one of the last remnants of black talk radio.

very few AM black talk stations left around the country. and its no coincidence that all this bullchit & blatant racism has been occurring more & more since the buyouts.

Then who is more popular than them in this era other than Drake?

you watch too much tv breh.

dudes that yall constantly make fun of on here like rick ross is more popular with urban youth than all 3 of those guys put together.

the only one that really has steam that you mentioned is drake, and thats moreso just with the commercial crowd. and they f*ck with wayne & nicki harder.

theres no rappers that are really poppin like that with the youngns that have any food for thought. its a shame.
