Wow I was thinking of the exact same thing lol. I think I still have that magazine around. It was make your own Steven segal movie. It had shyt like "steven is mad, sad, glad etc.. " and he had the same expression for each choice.

I'm not sure what you mean by "best" because his acting was pretty shytty but that is a good run of action flicks. Out for Justice had a good villain, Marked for Death you got the Jamaican drug dealers, but Under Siege is the best of the group.

Under Siege had a bigger budget and for villains you got not only Tommy Lee Jones but also Gary Busey and they are both chewin the fukk out of the scenery, it's hilarious and well done.

Yeah also had the best director out of his flicks too. Andrew Davis. He also did The Fugitive.

Granted he's done some shytty movies too but The Fugitive is classic and so is Under Siege.
