Only thing i havent liked was the back to back recap shows.
The cinematography this year has been some of the best I've ever seen.
There's been great moments during this weak season. The Clegane Bowl was great. Theon's arc was great. The scenes at the fireplace that led to Brienne getting knighted was great. Arya taking out the Night King was great and made me jump off my couch. Episode 5 had some of the best direction of what war and anguish looks like, it was truly sad looking at all those people run and hide to avoid their demise.
Poll is a lot closer than I thought

The writing is not up to par as the past seasons...and this has become more about action and explosions than actual substance...and its been dramatically rushed...plus there's been way too much fan service BS and nonsense. Past 2 seasons in particular. They really should have stretched the last 2 seasons out into three 12 episode seasons.
That said I'm still by my TV at 6pm PST every Sunday. There's been some great moments. It won't go down as one of the best shows ever but it was good for long enough for me to see it thru. The last episode will probably be unsatisfying as hell but oh well. Its just entertainment.

At this point, I have decided that Season 1-4 is a totally different show and the show is left unfinished.

it hasn't ruined the series for me since the first 6 seasons are crack, but it absolutely is an abominable way to end it. just zero fukking excuse for going from what it was to this hack job

First I hear, 'Will this shyt hurry up? This season is dragging"....Now it is, "Whooa...slow down...y'all doing too much"...
Just sit back and enjoy the show

The Long Night would have made a great penultimate episode. I'm actually pissed that it wasn't.
Six eps ain't enough if you wanted Dany's madness to be the endgame. HBO was right, give that shyt 10 episodes.
