The guy was co-owner and creative director of People Can Fly that developed the PC port of the first Gears and the last one for the 360. They also did Bulletstorm that was actually a dope ass PC FPS. I think this guy is knowledgeable and this stuff PLUS he isn't the only developer that has spoken kindly about the PS4.
Stop be delusional
When more developers finish up with this current gen and start putting there resources to PS4/X1 you'll see more impressive games than what is at launch, just like every other gen before.

Well according to this dude the 360 was "faster" than the ps3.

See..the architectures for both of those systems were so different that there was literally trade offs as far as performance goes...it was basically all in how u utilized shyt...there was no clear cut "stronger" system...one system was better at some things..the other system was better at other things...this gen will be different tho...
