I really enjoyed this and did a very peaceful play-through by all accounts. Kind've want to try a reckless play through. I don't have the time to fill out the flowchart or p[lay twice right now though.

I think there’s only one point he dies at. The end of Crossroads if you fail a QTE on your way to blowing up Jericho same with North if Markus is alive. She gets shot after you set the explosives. She can die in the final chapter too if Markus is dead or you can choose to sacrifice her on purpose if he’s alive and gets shot. All her points of death are obvious except one if you take the deal she can die
9/10 game. I screwed up big time tho. Caught feelings and the people I wanted to make it got bodied.
