Those Robert Kraft charges are coming up again just as I said they would. Could be a situation where the judge says no punishment and then Goodell says 8 games which would be unprecedented. NFLPA needs to fix that CBA asap

No real case? What are you talking about? If they had a case against Tom Brady or Ben Roethlisberger or anybody else who weren’t charged with a crime, then how would they not have a case here? If the judge says no punishment goodell can't do anything. He can only modify her punishment.

You’re right. If there is no punishment. The nfl can not appeal. If she delivers any type of punishment or fine, the league can appeal.

Those people on twitter don’t know the actual cases that are being tried here. Watson did not commit sexual assault, nor did he force himself on any of the victims. His only “crime” was scheduling massages with the intentions of sex. That alone could get him punishment but there is no precedent for a member of the nfl being punished for this.

Nahhhh the NFL can't do that shyt because it would create hypocrisy on their part for the past and future. Dudes have gotten stuck on the Exemption List and still got suspended with the Exempt List having no barring on their suspension number. It would essentially defeat the purpose of the Exemption List anyways if they made that move.
Going by that logic, AB would have essentially served the same suspension as Watson considering that they told teams not to sign him or else he'd be put on the Exempt List and still gave him 8 more games.
