Without getting too detailed, they have NO patience, and aren't forgiving at all. If someone made a mistake at the store about what a product can do then AUTOMATICALLY..."they lied to them" HA! They want everything for nothing and did I mention they have no patience? If I show you how to do something, you take FIVE seconds to try it yourself..THEN you scoff, give up and then cry and moan?...Yo seriously I was dead when this client nearly had a nervous breakdown because she couldn't figure out how to set the timer on her VCR!!!?? Change is not in their vocab...
Told her to throw a DVR on that b1tch and keep it moving. She ain't hear me though. Good luck trying to tape dancing with the stars with ya stanking ass!! Not to mention the ones that let their pets roam around while I'm trying to work, I had one who had this wild ass hunting dog she rescued from a foreign country...instead of locking the dog up like a normal person she just seriously held the dog by its collar while it snapped at me every 3 seconds...pardon me...I said I woudln't get too detailed...so yeah GRUMPY old people suck.
