There’s zero reason that QBs can come in as true freshman and start right away but one of the highest rate DB prospects can barely get backup reps in blowouts, garbage time, special team reps.
He too small to play in games but not to small to practice all summer/fall?
I can’t blame him for flipping. If I was him I probably would’ve did the same. Probably thought it would be easier for him to start too.

Deion's well within in right to be old school about it. However, he's gotta realize this aint Alabama where Nick can know he'll get the players there eventually to embrace the culture.
Cormani is far from home, probably seeing nikkas that aint that much better than him (just got experience) and like this some bullshyt.
Some players need to play in order to embrace everything else that comes with playing. Like their work habits improve cause "oh shyt I dont want to be toast out there."
He's a lost freshman. Maybe the old school method is truly what he needs and that not only helps him in the future but also if he makes the NFL. However, its possible guys like him and some other guys he's trying to recruit need to be worked in. Give them some responsibility first and THEN be extra tough on them about what they need to do be better/stay on the field more.
