Donovan really is underrated at this point

Narrator called him the basketball version of Barry Sanders

Really shows the evolution in his game from rookie year. His quickness, agility, shiftiness combined with his strength and ball handling is insane to guard downhill or in isolation and he is a great shooter.

If we get him we need to ship Randle out as soon as possible.

Are you worried at all that he’s peaked athletically and could start falling off a bit?

Knicks going to lose 2 out of the young 4 (Obi, IQ, Grimes or Deuce) in the Donovan trade. Just be prepared. I'd personally let IQ & Grimes go (even though I'd hate to).

We all have that one player we do not want to see go for Mitchell.

For me, it is Grimes…maybe it is just foolish optimism, but something tells me Grimes will do great things in this league.

He’s gone. My guess is the package is Fournier, Grimes, Obi and 4-5 firsts (including swaps hopefully). If swaps are involved I can live with that. IQ’s relationship to Mitchell means he’s probably not being traded. My guess is they keep Cam for depth and sign Melo to replace Obi. Then fill out the roster with Hunt and Jeffries and keep a wing spot open for the deadline.

Should leave us with about 4-5 firsts (again depending on swaps), Randle, Rose and Mitch as assets to trade for a big. Whether it be Zion, AD, KAT, Tatum (highest of hopes), maybe Embiid gets fed up? Somebody is going to shake loose.

Grimes and Obi will be stars in this league. Especially Obi.

An athletic four who gets his points off the ball and doesn't need to dominate the ball to get his. Pick and roll is a layup, plus he can hit the open 3, and his transition game is Just throw it up, Obi will get it.

Losing either one is gonna hurt, but I for one, welcome D Mitch to the squad

He’s 25 and whatever he’s lost athletically he has made up with skill improvements

You’re forgetting about Cam who is just scratching the surface

If he has a breakout year AND RJ improves there’s no way Knicks are a play in team

Their “worst” player would basically be D Rose off the bench (who was arguably their best player last season when he played)

No it doesn't Knicks have no reason to play into the media and Ainges hands. He's the desperate a$$hole trying to fleece not us. No other teams in the league interest Donny plus Nets and Miami have no assets like us. Leon Rose can drag this out and make Utah crumble.
