Don’t let these nikkas punk you @DoubleClutch

In Cam we trust…

Cam is like the Killian Hayes of the Knicks. I dunno why everyone in here is ready to throw a lottery pick who’s barley had opportunity to play in the bushes

He’s better a better option than Julius Randle at the 3

He’s 25 :manny: and whatever he’s lost athletically he has made up with skill improvements

I think people are over estimating Mitchell athleticism

It’s more about him being big strong and basically having a 7 foot wingspan for a guard

He won’t lose any of that over time so he’ll continue to have his same advantages even if he plays below the rim kinda like Rondo

It ain’t like he’s jumping and his head is at the rim level like Dennis smith Jr for example

Mitchell don’t even depend on athleticism as much as you think

No it doesn't Knicks have no reason to play into the media and Ainges hands. He's the desperate a$$hole trying to fleece not us. No other teams in the league interest Donny plus Nets and Miami have no assets like us. Leon Rose can drag this out and make Utah crumble.
Exactly Ainge is the one with the unhappy all star.

I don't think players like Ainge as GM. he comes off like a low key dirtbag. :mjlol:

You saw what he did in Boston (Thomas, Kyrie, Kemba). Soon as he left, Brad Stevens took over and the culture seems 10x better. :jbhmm:
Looks like Ainge lacks damage control and/or management skills and Utah is imploding the same way as Boston did when he was at the helm. :manny:

I get the NBA is a business at the end of the day, but there should be ethics to be had when you deal with players and try to establish a winning culture, i.e. Bob Myers & Golden State.

all being said, i wouldn't chop up our young core for Donovan, i.e. Carmelo 2011. we made progress by building thru the draft, keeping our cap space in check, and avoiding silly trades. why sacrifice years of building for one disgruntled player?

He’s a freak athlete but he’s not out here dunking all the time.

He relies on power, shiftiness, agility, quickness, body control, low center of gravity, change of direction.

So what do you think is too much?
Utah doesn't want RJ because of the extension.
Knicks don't seem to want to give up more than 4-5 of those 8 picks.
A few of these guys would have to go (Quentin Grimes, Miles McBride, Immanuel Quickley, Cam Reddish and Obi Toppin).

How do the salaries even match? Would they have to send back Fournier or Rose to make the deal?

4 Picks Immanuel Quickley, Miles McBride, (Quentin Grimes, or Cam Reddish not both)
or 5 Picks and we keep Grimes

If we win the Summer League chip tomorrow they would probably want Grimes, McBride, and Sims (He just signed a deal is it possible?)

I'd give them the 6 picks if they take back Randle. :mjlol:

Don’t believe the hype the Knicks probably told Utah, No RJ.

It’s just saying that would end the narrative the Knicks don’t have good players.

Every era there’s a new cliche…

-U can’t win with a ball hog like Jordan
-U need a big man to win
-No jumpshooting team will win a championship
-U need a floor general to win
-U can’t win without a post game
-U need a “Big 3”
-U can’t have two “Batmans” to win
-Heliocentric offense won’t win a championship

The latest is you can’t win with an undersized backcourt even though it has happened several times in history and the game is more position-less than ever

They said not to play multiple bigs now you got teams like the Cavs going Allen-Mobley-Markannen with a small backcourt

It can’t be done until it happens. I’m not saying Brunson and Mitchell is a championship but it’s reductionist as hell to say that they can’t win just because they’re undersized. There’s too many factors and circumstances to win a championship to make blanket statements like that and the Knicks would have to continue building a team.

Who comes up with this shyt :heh:

And please stop throwing Dame and C.J.’s name through the mud. :dead:

I see him dunking because his long arms mainly. Not saying he’s not athletic but his head ain’t at the rim. He’s not a freak athlete like Jalen Green or even D rose or Westbrook was
