Itll be impossible to move him right now esp him being a malcontent you couldnt get 50 cents on the dollar for him right now.Best case he comes back next season starts strong and you try to get off him when he has rebuilt some value...Youd need to attach assets to move him even at that point...The irony is even tho it looks like they turning it around with youth thats still gonna be an anchor and could be a disruptive one....
Only scenario I could see is the clippers for Zubac and Kennard and the knicks get nothing back because the Clippers have no picks. Basically, they would come in really stacked, and no way is Randle having these primadonna moments on a team with that many vets and not get G checked immediately. They'll do it too because Kawhi, PG, and Randle as a third option should beat everybody.

Maybe the Clippers throw in one of their bench youth like Boston or Scrubb. Zubac also means they can let Mitch walk and not use the MLE to replace him.

Trust the words of a man who scammed his friends to pay off his gambling debts to the mob. :gucci:

He won't even confirm the rumors.... won't even say "its legit".... :comeon:

I'd wait for Katz or Begley to confirm before I get excited, but these gossip types do get some scoops. I wouldn't be surprised if he's just making an educated guess though because Randle's behavior has been erratic as hell.

You know Berman is trying to find anyone he can to verify this and stir the pot :mjlol:

Say what you want about Carton (not a fan personally), but he has been on top of a couple of stories. The issue now is that Randle on that deal is now top 5 worst deal currently with a bullet. Who is even taking Randle?
PORTLAND :takedat:

I’m asking for Keon Johnson too…

It wouldn’t in the NBA today anyone can be traded it’s not like he’s one of these guys making 30M+ a year.

He’s malcontent for that reason alone you just can’t bring him back there is no next season his relationship with the organization, teammates, and fans is broken.

A lot of teams still see an above average power forward that was an All-Star a year ago still in his prime years who could potentially ball out in a different situation or be a stop gap for a treadmill team.

Portland is a fit. I’m sure plenty of inside NBA people see Julius as talented, as a “dog”, see him as a victim stuck in a bad situation with ungrateful fans, see him as a guy who “turned” the Knicks around, probably plenty of people who can excuse his play this year, or point to his raw box score to portray him as a good player still.
