He really is... Roy is almost exactly like the Michael Corleone; it took him awhile before he "came home" to run the family business, the only one who could keep things going. Guthridge was a capable capo but his time as boss was limited, and Matt Doherty may as well have been Fredo the way he almost ran everything into the ground.
RIP Dean. I remember being sad as fukk when he retired. Prolly woulda one the chip in Vince and Tawn's last year if he had stayed. He was a remarkable man.
