Caneloweight/160+ lb plus Canelo is losing to never fought above 154 Spence do y'all think before you type? Canelo is a better technical boxer and they punch pretty evenly. Both have solid chins. Why would you pick Spence?

i highly doubt thurman would be the b side in a fight against spence..the only welter i would see that happening against is manny pacquiao. and thats for a variety of reasons

spence is good but i cant put him above thurman without one more top notch victory at welterweight

i also dont understand anyone who saw a close fight between thurman vs swift...thurman won a mininum of 8 clear rounds in that dull fight....whereas thurman vs porter was a war and was legit close and id love to be in the house for the rematch like i was for the first fight

If Spence unifies like he's supposed to after the Swift/Porter showdown, he will undoubtedly be the A side. I need to rewatch the Swift Thuman fight, so maybe that was more decisive, but Porter/Thurman was very close and I had Porter winning. fukk Thurman

I'd obviously watch but Spence has shyt to do in 147 still (Porter/Swift, Thurman, Crawford) and Canelo at 160 against the current 160ers, the GGGs, Charlos, Andrades, BJS, Jacobs, etc...

Both of them should just focus on their divisions right now and Oscar shouldn't try to entice guys 2 divisions below Canelo to step up for a fight, it's a bad look, idc what he thinks about Spence's value.

If it would happen now Canelo would win via late stoppage or decision. Spence's style isn't bad for him since Spence is a come forward guy and although he is not reckless, defense isn't his strongest asset plus he's smaller than Canelo. Canelo thrives on counter opportunities and when guys come at him as long as he can last with stamina. Canelo can still tire out of course but he wouldn't have to move as much against Spence a big 147er than he did against GGG a natural 160er.

Logic is Spence is more relentless and wont change his style up like GGG did and Canelo gets tired..body work was always the key to beating him.

Even is Canelo is somewhat successful first 5 half of the fught..he wont hold up.

We’re to assume that A) Errol Spence will be able to put on relentless pressure, even in the face of shots coming back from a bigger puncher/fighter.
B) Spence will be able to deliver his power punches while standing right in the pocket with Canelo, and bother Canelo, even though much harder puncher Triple G could not.

So, we’re to believe that it’s logical for Errol spence to; fight a bigger equally/more skilled fighter, who fights at a weight Spence never has, will then be bullied and knocked out by Spence, because he has s bad gas tank. Go through this and see how dumb it sounds.

Spence is an exceptional talent but so is Canelo and he started in a higher weight naturally. Bad style matchup for Spence too.

To be honest..I'm not sure why my friend is so adamant that Spence just plays into Canelo's game after the situation with Lara...and why he is obsessed with thinking that Spence is a sitting Target and won't get his body shots in during every engagement...on just persistence alone. He won't get off the wheel like GGG did. When has Canelo ever dealt with constant body power punch pressure? I don't recall seeing it.
