Mayweather Promotions has had 3 Champions....Ishe Smith, Mickey Bey, and Badou Jack which Floyd rarely ever discusses any of the 3.


Mayweather has instead raved about Adrien Broner, Errol Spence Jr, and now Gervonta Davis.......and 2 of the 3 were never even signed to Mayweather Promotions

I'm an admitted Floyd hater. Biggest reason is, I don't loudmouth flexing ass nikkas. But I never once denied his talents. My problem with his fans are they see no fault in him at all. When he beat that bytch up, nikkas found a way to defend him. When he said "fukk Africa" nikkas found a way to defend him. When he hid in the restroom... when he couldn't even look a young fighter in the eye and tell him he was droppin' him, you nikkas came out in droves to defend the bullshyt. Yeah, he sounds salty. Revisiting the past usually always sounds salty. There is a lot of truth in there and Mayweather fans won't like it.
ODH just did it in a more aggressive and demeaning way than the boxing writers do. The truth is Floyd is an all-time great and he will be remembered as such and ODH knows this. His point is true in that Floyd won't go down as having a great resume compared to the other historically great fighters because he didn't fight most top level fighters in their prime and did take a more cautious career path (without every blatantly ducking anyone). Floyd's one chance to erase that was a fight vs. Pacquiao while both were in their primes. Now Floyd shouldn't carry the whole burden, there is plenty of blame to go around, but it happened. Now when you look back at Floyd's career there is usually two career defining fights: his fight vs. ODH which built him into a PPV star, and Corrales, as many view that as his greatest performance ever.

There will always be criticism over Floyd and his fear of losing his "O". To casuals, losing a fight is a big deal; to historians, losing a fight often times can elevate your historical perception because it likely was vs. another excellent fighter. This is where ODH wins. Off of just wins and losses as numbers, most casuals won't be impressed by ODH. Do the real digging and see who he fought and ODH will always be viewed with more reverence than many fighters who had better records because he fought the best of the best for a long time.

Now all of this wasn't Floyd's fault. He didn't fight in a time period where the competition was quite as good as when ODH was in his prime. But there were opportunities to build a wall against that argument and for various reasons certain fights didn't happen. Floyd is still an all time great.

Yeah none of this is true. Historians are black n white they don't nitpick like the struggle media and "journalists" do these days because as time passes on none of that shyt will matter. Floyd's legacy will he looked at in a better light years from now because nobody will care about the shyt dudes are crying over. He beat everyone from this era who mattered and made a gang of money doing it. You only hear about SRR being the GOAT and his skillset/resume etc from them you never hear about the gang of times he held up fights due to fukkery because he wasn't feeling a ring size or whatever. You only hear about SRL being the best of his era & 4 kings shyt, they don't talk about Hagler being on the decline when SRL finally fought him or Duran being flabby before the 2nd or SRL fighting guys after seeing some shyt he could take advantage of because in the grand scheme of things it's doesn't matter.

This shyt is nothing but sour grapes from a fighter who not only lost to Floyd but also lost damn near every big fight he has had. Floyd runs blah blah blah yet everyone keeps paying to see it and he kept winning while running. Unlike Oscar who took Ls the times he ran.
