Boxing is getting closer and closer to professional wrestling than a real sport anymore.

90% of matches you already know the outcome long before the match plays out, and there are way more headlines about "who said what to who" and everyone's idividual beef's than there are about actual fighting.

I swear, it's like the promoters are the "real stars", and boxers are just the characters they use to write storylines and make money.

Let nikkaz market insider trading all your pedigree and secrets.
While, duping you into being a basic brawler.
In degradative skill and fashion from the the former stature.
of the most pedigreed technical fighter of your Gen, breh.

Past that, is what I always said about mayweather.
The nikka was boring and ducked all the best fighters.
By sticking to the rubrick of signee's when he debuted and not disturbing the course set out from the beginning.
Which was play it safe by the letter, by draw and weight class.

to never fight anyone who was a challenge, when in their peak prime physical conditioning.

Only time he jumped the shark to challenge the next great fighter of his era.
Was when physiologically the fighter had been tampered with.
or was incapable of competition at a past great level, or both.

Art Barr

Also, a death and an accident kept him from two challengers who would have bodied him in;

Vernon Forrest: Who beat Mosley the same time both mayweather and Mosley both got larger deals.

To outline where their projected draws were where he would always stay.
Paul Williams
:mjlol: U have no idea what your talking about

:dwillhuh:

One of em fought Genaro Hernandez, an easily forgettable fighter, and the other fought the #1 P4P fighter in the sport at his peak:dahell:

That's what's wrong with the comparison
Genaro bout to make that hall of fame though :jawalrus:

Funny how ESPN picked up this story but not the one about Floyd saying they want a white champion :francis:
Espn never picked up th story about manny salt Water healing, God wakin him up in the middle of the night and giving him the bad news or anything oh that sort.
Clearly a bias against him that anyone with sense can see

The point that many Floyd stans are missing and it is evident here in this thread, the comparison ODH is making is not only about ODH vs. Floyd, he is talking about how Floyd will be perceived down the line. ODH knows the game, which is evident in how he is grooming Canelo. Great fighters fight other great fighters, win or lose, and takes risks to be great. The point isn't that Floyd didn't fight excellent competition, he did, but when one starts dissecting it that is where Floyd's flaws come from. Not from the ring. Floyd will go down as one of the greatest ever, but there is no denying that if Floyd was near flawless with his performances in the ring, the timing of many fights were not flawless. Like I said, most view his fight vs. Corrales as his best fight ever. That was a case where Corrales was viewed as the man at the time and many had Floyd as an underdog. Floyd went in and laid a beating on him. When was the next time Floyd fought a prime fighter who was considered great? He had the opportunity vs. Pacquiao, but the fight never materialized (again I am not blaming Floyd).
I think you dissecting it too much
Oscar is a jealous floyd hater and has been for the better part of 10 years
It was his goal to be undefeated and to Be a respected boxer at the level of floyd Mayweather on the other hand, always wanted oscars fame and fortune
Floyd got what he wanted
Oscar did not
Oscar has made it his life mission to find a fighter to beat mayweather
He almost had a orgasim when mosley landed them shots in their fight :mjlol:

Floyd talk Coming from him just sounds like hate because he was backing damn near all these fighters floyd beat..talking about blueprints and shyt.

There's a interview Oscar did when he was undefeated that said he wanted to break marcianos record. 49-0 burns his soul. And since he has the outlet, he's gonna do whatever he can do to downplay floyds legacy. Might as well be benzino doing a eminrm review at the source

he can talk about running all he wants, no one was able to stop or beat Mayweather

so obviously there's something special about his "running"

This is a fukking 97 G Stan typing this shyt brehs. What the fukk ? Do you neggas have any shame ? :dahell:

You talking about neggas fighting great competition? Negga Floyd at 21 had a better fukking resume than 97G at Larry Holmes Gardens prep center age.

Dawg you the last one to come here and talk shot about Floyd not taking risks.
