There has never been a time in America since the welfare system was introduced where Black people were so poor they HAD to commit crime.
This country has so many resources to help people that want to help themselves.
That’s what it was built on.
I committed all types of crimes, ran with nikkas from coast to coast top to bottom and I never had a crimey that HAD to do whatever he was doing.
Most of the time, they had women in their lives that spoiled the shyt out of them, mothers, girlfriends, and wives, and the only real skilled they developed was how to get over on naive people.
