LOL that's life. Parenting is a job for two people, naturally the one that's missing/left is going to catch the most hell.Taking accountability from the person who raised them once again. When a child raised by a good single mother does well, it’s because of the mom. When a child raised by a demonic hoodrat becomes a statistic its because of the dad.
I remember reading Ben Carson’s book as kid. Yea he turned out to be a c00n, but his mom was an example of a poor single mother who actually raised/cared for her children.
If you go to a restaurant and only one person is working, for one you're not going to expect a good outcome, but you're certainly not going to blame or be mad because they showed up. If they happen to give good service being the only worker, then you're probably going to praise the hell out of them.

I checked the demographics of the area where the shooting happened and it's 48% hispanic, 4% white and the rest black. Seems like the shooter might have been latino. Aren't a lot of them moving there now?

From what i hear there is a serious disconnect between the city and the PD...not to mention the criminal justice system in the city has needed reform for more than 30 years....<<<until they fix this all the programs and services they provide to youth and families won't make a difference..
A lot of black couples with and w/o kids are jaded by DC mostly do to the politics especially the transplants who move here thinking DC was some type of black mecca.....You def gonna see a migration to the burbs if its not already happening...
If I had to guess nah, I know this area pretty well....Most the homeowners are either cacs or older black folks...Hispanics are concentrated a lil further up and there for the most part typical working class
